"Do not compare, do not measure. No other way is like yours...
You must fulfill the way that is in you."
-Carl Jung
1. Individual Trauma-Focused
Psychotherapy
I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression by utilizing an eclectic array of approaches, including EMDR, psychodynamic (past memory-focused), CBT, integrative mindbody practice to rewire the nervous system, mindfulness, and analysis of unconscious symbolism within dreams in the tradition of Carl Gustav Jung. I offer a unique combination of healing practices which combine modern and traditional methods. I received Levels I and II training from an EMDRIA-approved EMDR training course in 2023, hold a certificate as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional completed in spring, 2021 and have completed several professional trainings in polyvagal theory and practice.

3.Substance Use
Group membership in AA, NA, Smart Recovery, and in more serious instances, inpatient or partial hospitalization detox/rehab, are the most effective ways to manage substance use; however, most people who struggle with substance use suffer from comorbid anxiety, depression, traumatic memories, and other psychosocial stressors. I utilize motivational interviewing and offer valuable psychoeducation to empower people to make healthy, responsible life choices. I can additionally recommend effective triage care.
4. Relationship
Issues
I have extensive experience enabling many loving, incredible individuals to navigate through difficulties in their romantic relationships. The goal is to restore hope for their love life. Whether you are single, dating, or married, I can help you establish fulfilling relationships with healthy boundaries.
5. Mood Challenges
I have several years of experience treating Bipolar Disorder. I see patients through a strengths-based lense because many of the world's most talented artists and musicians struggle with these difficulties. It is important to lift the stigma while adhering to robust safety planning. I foster tools to stabilize mood via a combination of mood monitoring techniques, social rhythms therapy, safety contracts, mindfulness-based stress reduction, psychopharmacological education, exercise, and nutrition.
It is often important to partner with a psychiatrist. Because I do not have a psychiatrist on staff, I am not able to prescribe medication, but I do offer psychotherapy and treatment planning. In addition, I regularly consult with psychiatrists in the community for patients who are willing to sign a release form.
My Approach
I welcome all human beings from diverse backgrounds who are interested in therapy. I utilize a combination of radical compassion, EMDR, experiential chair/parts work, strengths-based psychotherapy, CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based stress reduction, analysis of dreams, and other effective practices to empower patients to unlock their full potential. My inspiration comes from Fred Rogers, Carl Jung, and other mystics from varying traditions.

After completing my clinical training at Boston College School of Social Work, I was trained at The Therapy Collective with Dr. Paul Lichtenberg, Ph.D. and with Lisa Zurndorfer LCSW towards the full LCSW license. I graduated from the year-long training program in group psychotherapy with Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society in summer 2022, consulted for over 30 extra hours with Adam Frankel, Ph.D. CGP, and I routinely consult with trusted colleagues to sharpen best practices. I hold official certification as Certified Group Therapist from the American Group Psychotherapy Association
